                                                               You Have Rights

 

                                    You should take the following actions if a supervisor or

                                Other management representative desires to  meet with you

                                         and you have reasonable cause to believe that this 

                                        Will result in disciplinary action, including a warning.

                                                      1. Request Union Representation.

                                                       2. Remain silent until the Union

                                               Representative is present. This means that

                                                Nothing can take place until the union rep

                                                               arrives to represent you.

                                             3. Request the right to consult with the Union

                                                      Representative prior to meeting with

                                                                          Management.
